Week 4 DevOps Journey: Django Apps, Docker, React UI & Refocused Plans for Week 5

🔧 DevOps & Backend Progress

• ✅ Built a multi-page Django application
  → Implemented user authentication, authorization, built-in login/signup
  → Used models and views to handle core app logic

• ✅ Integrated all mini Django projects into one system
  → This helped me understand modular structuring better

• ✅ Dockerized the application
  → Built Docker images
  → Used Docker Compose for services

• ✅ Practiced Jenkins by integrating with my Dockerized app
  → Gained hands-on experience with basic CI concepts

💻 Frontend & React Progress

• ✅ Built a React mini project

• ✅ Continued developing my e-commerce website UI
  → Finished the home page

• ✅ Learned and practiced:

  • React Hooks: useState, useEffect, useRef, useCallback

  • Custom Hooks: Created a few for practice

  • Followed the Chai with React playlist from Chai aur Code

🎯 Week 5 Goals (Strong Rebound Ahead!)

I’m entering Week 5 with full focus and a plan to pick up the pace:

• 🚀 Complete React and Jenkins

• 🚀 Start learning Kubernetes

• 🚀 Continue Docker practice

• ✅ Side-by-side: Revise core CS subjects and practice Aptitude

• 📜 Work on certifications and plan resume-worthy projects
